Our free pick-up and delivery route area extends from Redlands to Yucaipa.
What are your normal hours of operation?
You can stop by or call the store Monday through Friday from 6:30 am - 7:00 pm, Saturday from 8:00 am - 6:00 pm, or Sunday from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm.
Do you offer same day service and are there any limitations?
Yes we do offer same day service for some types of garment cleaning. Please stop by or call us at (909) 797-1947 for details.
Can you ANY stain out of a garment?
If a stain CAN be removed Steamers Cleaners has the expertise and experience to remove it. But the fact of the matter is SOME stains simply can't be removed from SOME fabrics. Bring in your stained garment and let's take a look. Because of our experience and expertise, we can tell you pretty quickly what can be done!
Do you offer alterations or repairs?
Yes we do. We offer simple alterations and repairs (buttons, hooks, hems, etc.) and also offer more extensive fine-garment alterations and repairs (wedding dresses, bridesmaids dresses, flower girl dresses, heirloom garments, etc.) We also offer wedding gown cleaning, alterations, preservation, and restoration services.
I like my shirts in boxes, not folded, can you do this?
Absolutely, we offer shirt service boxed or folded - whatever you prefer!
I bought a wedding gown online but it needs alterations. Is this something you can help me with?
Absolutely! We offer wedding gown alterations, wedding gown cleaning, wedding gown preservation and wedding gown restoration services. We are members of the Association of Gown Specialists, one of the most respected organizations in the wedding industry and recognized world-wide.
I think I ruined my wedding dress during my wedding reception. It has dirt and wine stains on it. Is there anything you can do?
We'd really have to see your wedding dress, but in most cases YES we can remove dirt and even other hard-to-get-out stains. Drop us a line and make an appointment to come in with your dress and see us!
I would like to wear my great-grandmother's wedding dress that I found in storage. It looks very yellow-ish and almost stained. Is there any way to restore it to it's original condition?

Do you clean and press military uniforms?
Yes we do! Many of our customers have served in the military and regularly bring their uniforms to Steamers Cleaners. We also clean police uniforms and other speciality uniforms. Vintage uniforms can also be preserved and heirloomed.
